  • 45-60 minute seminar for small or large groups in your own space. This is open to sporting teams/clubs, gyms, work places, offices etc. It can be personalised to the needs of the group (weight loss, strength and conditioning, nutrition + gym, sport specific, health eating & healthy habits, performance nutrition etc.) You will need a presentation screen for me to content my laptop too.

    Investment:

    $250 for the hour + optional fees for resources or flyers etc.

    Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the Northern Beaches and Sydney CBD.

  • If you classify yourself as someone with a high nutritional literacy and experience, this plan may be for you. Receive a Sport specific personalised treatment plan inclusive of all example day meal plans for training and event days on top of any other health, lifestyle, nutrition and supplement recommendations.   • Looking to have a sports nutritionist run your work or gym 6-12 week nutrition challenge?

    Includes:

    This can be as simple as having a nutritionist provide nutritional guides and weekly nutrition education in a group page.

    Or for more in-depth, per person rate, each member will receive their calorie and macro targets, nutrition e-book, full access to my app which includes all recipes, instant 1:1 messenger, habit building & in app habit tracker, tracking information, weekly nutrition education and activities. Weekly in-depth 1:1: checkins can also be included for a premium package price. Please get in touch with me to discuss you needs and expectations.

    Investment:

    To be discussed depending on needs, length and how many people. Usually it will run per person for more in-depth challenges.

    Can include optional exercise challenges 1 x per week or any required exercise based resources if this is not associated with a gym already.

    Seminar will be personalised to the needs of the group, e.g. weight loss, strength and conditioning, nutrition + gym, health eating & healthy habits, performance nutrition etc..

    You will need to have your own presentation screen, or tv screen of such to connect laptop too for the seminar.

    Investment:

    $250 for the hour

    Optional fees for resources or flyers etc.

    For locations outside of Northern Beaches, City CBD, and North Shore may incur a travel fee.
