Training services.

  • Not only will you get a quality training session in but you will improve your form, exercise knowledge, push past your limits but also will receive guidance, accountability and support outside of your 1 hour.

    Pre-Requisites (Optional):

    1. Initial goal setting/consultation to plan training purposes and requirements

    Includes:

    1:1 or 1:2 personal training sessions will take place at Tribe HQ Brookvale. You do not require a membership to train with me in this space. 

    Purposeful personalised program, tailored to your specific goals, needs, level of experience and preferences. 

    1hr Quality training session where you will improve your form, exercise knowledge, push past your limits

    Additional guidance, accountability and support outside of PT session

    Focus of training sessions can be catered to all ages, skill level and training purpose. I specialise in strength & conditioning, CrossFit inclusive of gymnastics and Olympic lifting. 

    Investment:

    $100 per hour

    OR $85 per session when you commit to 10 weeks - save $150.

    Pre-Requisites:

    1. Initial phone consultation to discuss goals, needs, history, preferences etc.

    Includes:

    5 Programmed Exercise Programs per week with 2 programmed rest/active recovery days.

    Access to programming through an online app, ‘Kahuanas’.

    Ongoing support and accountability, 1:1 instant messenger and option to have any changes made to program at any time.

    Programming in the app includes videos of all exercises.

    Additional videos can be filmed and sent 1:1 to help with any issues or questions around from & technique.

    Ability to upload videos to receive feedback for any parts of your program. 

    Investment:

    $20-75 per week. This is dependant on the individual needs.
