After friendly and easy conversation with Alyssa the understanding of how many calories I was actually burning a day compared to what I was eating blew me away with her knowledge and the way Alyssa said it to me made it very easy to understand The meal plans that come with a shopping list make it that you can’t bugger anything up and makes it so easy.

Liam: Ironman - I first spoke to Alyssa post rugby career when transitioning into endurance events. Specifically Ironman triathlons. I needed to drop weight and change my body composition from 110kg of muscle to a lighter weight so that I could become more efficient over longer periods. Through her extensive knowledge of all nutrition, not just weight loss but also correct nutrition for fuelling, Ive been able to compete at multiple events. She has been exceptional in the lead up to these events, answering any questions and helping tweak any specific nutrition goals on short notice. Lara: CrossFit - Lys is the absolute best! She is so attentive, giving and considerate of so many different factors that relate to your nutrition. When I first started with Lys I was a little hesitant because I had experience with previous nutritionist and I felt as though previous nutritionists didn't make time or effort to check-in and see how I was feeling throughout the weeks. With Lys she would check-in on me weekly and respond with amazing advice and insights into whatever issue may have arisen through the week, she was so responsive and never left me waiting and she helped me work through any impact menstruation had on my lifestyle and diet which was a massive impact. Cannot recommend her more.

Reece: Online Exercise Programming - Working with Lyss under programming was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had with training so far. She listened to my goals, formulated a plan and gave me all the tools to help execute on it. Weekly check ins ensured that I was on the right track and amendments were made if necessary to make sure the programming was working for me. Couldn’t recommend her services enough.

Shelly: Fat Loss - Both bodies are wonderful, both versions allowed me to get up out bed, go to the gym, do day to day activities and live my life.
However, I wanted change and to break a bad cycle of yo-yo dieting and having an ‘all or nothing’ mindset which caused me to have a VERY unhealthy relationship with food and my body. Consistency Health Co gave me so much freedom with BALANCED meals but the key for me was prioritising protein and utilising not abusing carbs. I have not once stepped on the scales as I haven’t needed to nor do I want to, how I feel speaks volumes and this newer version still does the same as the old just better.
